Nicole Larson

Dear Family & Friends,

Nicole's Titanium Rib Surgery is set for 12-12
at Christus Santa Rosa Hospital, 333 North
Santa Rosa St., San Antonio, Tx. 78207,
210-704-2011. Terri & Nicole will be driving
up on Monday, 12-10 after school to get settled
in at the Ronald McDonald House, 327 Lewis
St., San Antonio, Tx. 78212. What a blessing it
will be to stay at the house which is only 10
minutes from the hospital. Pre-op testing
begins on 12-11 at 8:00 a.m. until around noon.
Mark will be flying in on Tuesday afternoon
and will join us on the Riverwalk for some
fun! As soon as a time is given for surgery,
we will update the blog. Please pray for God
to hold Nicole in his hands this day and pray
for Dr. Campbell's entire team of doctors &
nurses while they perform this life changing
procedure expected to last 5 hours.
All of our love, Mark, Terri & Nicole

Hey Kiddo,

The Ronald McDonald House is pretty cool. Mr. Jim and I stayed there when Rebecca was born. Our favorite thing was the chocolate milk. My least favorite was the chores. Kitchen duty was the worst, 4 dishwasher to unload daily for a week. Oh well, it was worth it all to be close to the hospital.

Hang in there. God doesn't give us things that we can not handle but I think he does challenge us to make us stronger. I know you will show us all your faith and strength. You are such a strong person.

Love you, Mrs. Tracy

Hi Nicole, so glad to see the good news on your surgery. Yippie!!! Maybe Santa will not have to go look for you in San Antonio and will find you at home. Don't forget to leave out the cookies and milk... I and the parishers at St. Leo will continue to pray for you and your family. Girl, your courage and strength are amazing.

Your friend, Martha

Hi ya'll! I forgot that you had this little blog thingy, imagine that! I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you for being so brave! I hear that you're eating and doing just "marvalous darlin", you have to say that with a little twang, ask your mother she will probably remember the movie. If you keep this up then Kelsie and I won't be coming to San Antonio to see you, bummer! But that's ok because I'm sure you're ready to scram! We will see you soon and Elvis wanted to send a little lick on the face, (I won't tell you what I saw him doing though!) I'm just kidding! I bet your mom is real proud of me right now for that one! Love ya Terri!

Love ya, Aunt Doreen, Kelsie & Elvis
